Project: Norske situasjoner

Translated to English it would be Norwegian Situations, but that doesn't really work. Situations in Norwegian is a word often used by architects to describe the relationship between elements in public space. Norske Situasjoner is a kind of oblique look at Norway where habits, norms, identity and the appearance of the man-made landscape are shown.

Utepils means "outside beer". This is a very Norwegian tradition. Whenever the first rays of sunlight return sometime in March, people rush to be the first to drink beer outside, no matter how many layers of clothing are required.
